Harold S. Berzow, Esq. To Be Featured Lecturer at New York State Bar Association Bankruptcy Seminar

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, September 20, 2005 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that partner Harold S. Berzow will be a featured speaker at a New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar to be held on October 11, 2005 at the Hilton Huntington in Melville, New York.

The full-day seminar, entitled “Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005,” will address important provisions of this new law, said to be the most extensive bankruptcy law change in nearly three decades, and will become effective October 17, 2005. Berzow’s segment will focus on Vendors’ Rights of Reclamation, Personal Property Leases, Utilities and Adequate Assurance, Foreign Debtors’ Use of the Bankruptcy Courts, Tax Matters and Key Employee Retention Bonuses.

Berzow is a member of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek’s Financial Services, Banking and Bankruptcy Department and is chair of the firm’s Business Reorganization Practice Group. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and its Bankruptcy Law Committee, the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
