Harold S. Berzow, Of Counsel, is a member of the Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Department, where he focuses on debtor and creditor rights, business reorganizations, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. Many of his clients are in the food and supermarket industry (retail, wholesale, and distribution) as well as the electrical and construction fields. A resident of Boca Raton, FL, Berzow is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and serves on the editorial advisory board of Bankruptcy Law & Litigation Report.

Michael K. Feigenbaum, Partner, is co-chair of the Estate Litigation Department. With over 40 years’ private and public sector experience, he is a leading regional authority in trust and estate planning, administration and litigation, as well as tax and insurance planning, probate and Surrogate’s Court proceedings. He has served on the executive committee of the Trust and Estates Law Section of the New York Bar Association. Feigenbaum received his law degree from New York University and is a resident of Long Beach.

Douglas J. Good, Partner, is chairman emeritus of the Commercial Litigation Department, and a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Corporate Governance Departments. He has extensive experience representing clients in the trial and appellate levels, and is a Certified Mediator in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of Nassau County. He serves on the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Standards of Attorney Conduct. A resident of Glen Head, Good received his law degree from New York University.

Mark S. Mulholland, Partner, is a senior member of the Commercial Litigation Department and a former managing partner.  Focusing on trial litigation in state and federal courts, he represents large businesses, entrepreneurs, municipalities and government agencies in complex business disputes, including constitutional challenges, condemnation, intellectual property, securities and antitrust matters.  A resident of Bayport, he holds a law degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Christopher Murray, Partner, is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department and chair of the Environmental and Land Use Department. With more than 25 years’ experience in commercial litigation, municipal affairs and environmental law, he represents clients in federal and state litigation, arbitration and administrative hearings. His practice includes jury and non-jury federal and state trials. Murray is a resident of Stony Brook and a graduate of Georgetown University School of Law.

Gregory Naclerio, Of Counsel, is a member of the Health Law Departments where he regularly represents hospitals, health care providers, physicians and commercial insurance carriers on administrative, regulatory and investigatory matters. He is also a member of the White Collar Crime and Corporate Governance Departments. Naclerio holds his law degree from St. Johns University and is a resident of HOMETOWN.

Douglas M. Nadjari, Partner, is a member of the Health Law, White-Collar Crime, Cybersecurity and Commercial Litigation Departments. He has over 30 years’ experience as a trial lawyer concentrating in criminal defense, regulatory enforcement and commercial litigation, and  represents physicians and health professionals before numerous agencies in staff proceedings, audits, and commercial disputes. He holds a law degree from Tulane University College of Law and is a resident of Sea Cliff.

Eric C. Rubenstein, Partner, is co-chair of the Real Estate Department, where he represents major commercial lenders, as well as real estate developers, owners and operators in some of the region’s largest and complex financial transactions.  Projects include financing, leasing, acquisition or sale of shopping centers, hotels and resorts, office buildings, retail sites, nursing homes, co-operatives and condominiums. A Port Washington resident, he is a graduate of New York School of Law.

Benjamin Weinstock, Partner, is co-chair of the Real Estate Department. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the sale, purchase, lease of all types of commercial real estate, and represents clients in complex financial transactions including mortgages, lease-backs, net zero bond leasing and construction agreements. He serves on the Real Property Law Committee of the American Bar Association. Weinstock, a Cedarhurst resident, is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School.

Jeffrey A. Wurst, Partner, is co-chair of the Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Department. Experienced in commercial finance transactions such as syndications, C&I, asset-based lending and collection related litigation, he regularly represents secured lenders when commercial borrowers seek Chapter 11 protection. He also serves as an arbitrator in commercial finance matters. Wurst holds a law degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College, and is a resident of Rockville Centre.

Jennifer L. Hartmann, Associate, is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department where she focuses on litigation in federal and state courts on matters involving intellectual property rights, trade secrets, breach of contract, shareholder disputes and bankruptcy. She also represents clients in arbitration proceedings and financial investigations. A resident of Merrick, Hartmann is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law.

Jennifer F. Hillman, Partner, is a member of the Estate Litigation Department. Her practice includes proceedings of Surrogate’s Court, including accounting, probate, discovery and commercial litigation, as well as trial and appellate court matters related to trusts and estates. She is a member of Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and is a frequent author and lecturer on probate. Hillman is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, and a resident of Garden City.

Gregory J. Kowalsky, Associate, is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department where he specializes in corporate governance, intellectual property and data security. He represents individuals, corporations and municipalities in commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, as well as before government regulatory agencies. A Westbury resident, Kowalsky received a degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Michael Schoenberg, Of Counsel, is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, where he represents individuals and corporations before arbitration and mediation boards as well as in the federal and state courts on shareholder disputes, business dissolutions, torts, real estate disputes and employment discrimination. Schoenberg is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, and a resident of Bellmore.

Matthew J. Zangwill, Partner, is a member of the Real Estate Department where he represents landlords or tenants in the leasing of commercial, retail, office and industrial space, as well as other commercial transactions including complex financing and title matters, tax-deferred exchanges, net zero bond leases, and construction lending. A Roslyn Heights resident, Zangwill holds a law degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College.
