David R. Schoenharr Named to Board of Directors of the Tourette Association of America

Uniondale, NY—September 18, 2018 — David R. Schoenharr, a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., has been named to the Board of Directors of the Tourette Association of America, a non-profit organization dedicated to the support and advocacy of those affected by Tourette and Tic Disorders.

“As a legal practitioner that works closely with individuals and families, and many times, the health issues that impact those families, I am keenly aware of the need to advance treatment options for any medical issues that impact family members, as well as the need to provide  ongoing care, said David Schoenhaar.  “I look forward to working closely with the Tourette Association to help make a difference.”

Mr. Schoenharr’s legal practice concentrates on estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. He has extensive experience in the preparation of wills and trusts for high net worth clients, while also advocating for clients in contested accounting matters, kinship hearings and complex disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries.

Mr. Schoenharr received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College in 1996 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College in 2007. Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Mr. Schoenharr earned valuable client experience during his eight-year consulting career at Accenture, one of the world’s largest global management and technology consulting firms.

The Tourette Association of America was founded in 1972 with the intention to support and advocate for those affected by Tourette and Tic Disorders. The association strives to achieve their mission through raising public awareness, fostering social acceptance, and advocating for public policies that would improve school, work and social environments for those living and/or affected by Tourette and Tic Disorders.
