Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., a premier Long Island law firm, is now accepting applications for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. This 8-week program begins in June following completion of the second year of law school.
Our Summer Associate Program provides law students with the opportunity to work on substantive legal matters across our cornerstone practice areas, including corporate & securities, financial services, commercial litigation, health care, real estate, employment, and trusts & estates. Summer Associates are considered full members of our team and are fully integrated into case and transaction work. They gain practical experience that may include participating in depositions, attending court appearances, and engaging in client meetings, mediations and conferences. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, executing analysis, drafting legal documents, and related projects.
The program emphasizes professional development through mentorship, shadowing experienced attorneys, structured training and ongoing feedback. Participants gain meaningful exposure to the firm’s culture and day-to-day practice of law within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
The expected summer associate salary is $2,500 per week. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
