Nadiya Singh is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. where she is a member of the Real Estate Department.

Nadiya’s practice focuses primarily on commercial and residential real estate transactions and mortgage financing.

Nadiya received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she was an Executive Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, a coach and competitor in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and a member of the Brooklyn Business Law Association. In her role as Executive Notes Editor, Nadiya was responsible for overseeing the legal research and writing of law students who explored a variety of nuanced legal issues in the creation of their scholarly notes. While serving in her executive role, Nadiya published Venezuelan Prisons’ Human Rights Violations and Suggested Reforms Based on the Success of Norway’s Restorative Justice-Focused Approach to Incarceration. The publication focuses on Venezuelan prison reform and argues for a restorative-justice approach to incarceration, focused on rehabilitation.

Nadiya was also a recipient of the Lisle Scholarship and worked as a securities law research assistant for Professor Andrew Jennings, and a research assistant for the Academic Success Department.

Nadiya is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
