Nadiya Singh is a law clerk at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. where she is rotating through the firm’s six core departments.
Nadiya received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she served as an Executive Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. In this role, Nadiya was responsible for reviewing, commenting on, and guiding the legal research and writing of 15 law students who explored a variety of nuanced legal issues in the creation of their journal notes. Nadiya’s journal note on Venezuelan prison reform was selected for publication, and argues for a restorative-justice approach to incarceration, focused on rehabilitation.
Nadiya was also a member of the Brooklyn Business Law Association, and served as a competitor and coach in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During her time at Brooklyn Law, she also worked as a securities law research assistant for Professor Andrew Jennings.
