Madison received her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center on Long Island, where she graduated as Salutatorian, Summa Cum Laude, and received the Dean Emeritus Howard A. Glickstein Award for Outstanding Leadership and Overall Academic Excellence.
Madison also graduated as a 2024 Pro Bono Scholar, and spent her final semester of law school working with the Federal Defenders of the Eastern District of New York. During law school, Madison served as Business Editor of The Touro Law Review, and her note, UNBOXING THE BOX: A DEEP DIVE INTO SOLITARY CONFINEMENT AND WHEN IT MAY VIOLATE THE FIRST AND EIGHTH AMENDMENTS, will be published in an upcoming volume. Madison also served as President of the Women’s Bar Association, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Organization, Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Organization, Student Liaison to the Suffolk County Women in the Courts Committee, and Student Member of the Theodore Roosevelt Inn of Court.
Prior to joining RMF, Madison completed several externships and internships. Madison spent her first summer after law school interning with Roc Nation’s Sports Legal Department. Madison also completed an externship with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York and an internship with Warner Music Group’s Corporate Legal Department.
Madison spent much of her time in law school doing pro bono work and prides herself on being committed to advocacy and pro bono work. Madison was a pro bono volunteer for New Hour for Women and Children where she went to the Nassau County Correctional Facility and conducted Know Your Rights presentations to women who are incarcerated. She also volunteered for Breaking Barriers, a student-run project dedicated to removing barriers to employment and education for those who were incarcerated and/or convicted of crimes. Madison, who is originally from Pennsylvania, is also a founding member of Lehigh Valley Anti-Trafficking Awareness Week. She wanted to bring similar awareness to her community on Long Island, and planned Long Island’s first Trafficking Awareness Week to be held in November 2024. She also volunteers for the Michael Ann & Saquon Barkley Hope Foundation.
Madison graduated from Wilkes University with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology with minors in Sociology and Women’s and Gender Studies. Prior to law school, Madison worked as a Field Director for Marsy’s Law for Pennsylvania, an advocacy campaign and ballot initiative to give crime survivors and victims enforceable constitutional rights in the Pennsylvania constitution. She also served as a Communications Director for a Pennsylvania State Senator.
Madison is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
