Heather Ryan is an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. and is currently rotating through the firm’s six departments.

Heather received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as senior staff on the St. John’s Law Review and as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course and for the first-year criminal law course. She was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Additionally, Heather was a Student Attorney in the St. John’s Criminal Defense and Advocacy Clinic, where she represented clients charged with misdemeanor offenses in Queens Criminal Court. She was also a Legal Intern at The Safe Center, where she drafted petitions for divorce and child custody on behalf of domestic violence survivors and assisted non-citizen petitioners for crime victim-related immigration relief.

Prior to Law School, Heather received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from St. John’s University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
