Brian Passarelle is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. A portion of Brian’s practice focuses on litigation in the fields of professional liability. The professional liability practice encompasses claims against attorneys, stockbrokers, broker-dealers, and investment advisors.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2018, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Brian is also a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he earned his Bachelor Degree, Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Brian was the Issue Editor of the Touro Law Review and the recipient of several CALI awards for academic excellence.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a Legal Intern at the Law Center’s Bankruptcy clinic, where he guided indigent members of the community from the petition to the hearing stages of Chapter 7 proceedings. Brian was also a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York where he worked in the white-collar crime division.
