Brian Passarelle is a member of our law firm’s Commercial Litigation Department and Insurance Practice Group. With a keen focus on complex commercial litigation matters, Brian possesses an impressive track record in handling diverse cases involving breach of contract, unfair competition, business torts, partnership disputes, and real estate conflicts. In addition, he brings extensive experience in arbitration and FINRA proceedings, providing clients with comprehensive representation in alternative dispute resolution forums. His experience also extends to counseling clients on insurance coverage issues.
Admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, Brian brings his extensive knowledge and skills to deliver effective legal representation to his clients. His clients benefit from his unwavering commitment to their best interests, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Brian graduated summa cum laude (top 5%) from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Stony Brook University.
