Attorney Harold S. Berzow Joins Ruskin Moscou Faltischek as Partner

Berzow To Chair Firm’s Business Reorganization Practice Group

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, October 4, 2004 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that, effective October 1, 2004, Harold S. Berzow has joined the attorney ranks of the firm as a partner. Berzow will also assume responsibility for the firm’s newly formed Business Reorganization Practice Group, which will focus on all facets of business reorganization, including reorganizations with and without the bankruptcy courts, debtor and creditor rights and other matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Berzow was a named partner at New York City-based Finkel Goldstein Berzow Rosenbloom & Nash, LLP, where he practiced for more than 30 years. While at Finkel Goldstein, Berzow’s broad-based practice included a focus on debtor and creditor rights, business reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation, commercial transactions representing buyers and sellers of assets, real estate transactions and representation of secured lenders.

Berzow’s practice is primarily concentrated in the New York metropolitan area, where he represents clients in a wide range of businesses and industries, including the food, electrical and construction industries. He has also worked extensively with manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.

Active in the community, Berzow is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, the New York County Lawyers Association and is a member of its Bankruptcy Committee. In addition, he is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Berzow was admitted to the bar in 1972. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College of the City of New York.
