Arthur “Jerry” Kremer to Serve as Political Analyst on NEWS12’S Election Night Coverage for the 17th Year

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, November 7, 2011 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.Cannounced today that partner Arthur “Jerry” Kremer will serve as a political analyst for News12 Long Island’s election night coverage on November 8, 2011, marking his 17th year in this role. Kremer has been the News12 political analyst for over 16 years and has appeared regularly on Fox TV News and WABC-TV News. Kremer provides commentary for The Huffington Post and Politico, and also authors a syndicated column for The Herald Newspaper chain, reaching 800,000 people weekly.

As the head of the firm’s Municipal and Regulatory Affairs Department, Kremer continues his active involvement in behalf of clients with matters at the federal, state and local level.  He is also a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department and Energy Practice Group.

Kremer has enjoyed a long and distinguished career not only in law, but also in government.  He is a 23-year veteran of the New York State Assembly where he was the only Long Island legislator to ever head the prestigious Ways and Means Committee.  Kremer served in that post for 12 years, and served by appointment of the Governor on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Capital Review Board and the Public Authorities Control Board.  Kremer is actively involved in the political scene, both on Long Island and throughout New York State.
