Alexander Bateman Honored as an ”Around Fifty” Award Winner By Long Island Business News

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, October 8, 2015 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Alexander Bateman was recently selected and honored by Long Island Business News as a 2015 “Around Fifty″ Awardee. The award recognizes and honors individuals for their leadership in business, support of professional and not-for-profit organizations and a commitment to the needs of the local community.

Mr. Bateman is a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is co-chair of the firm’s Health Law Department. He is also co-chair of the White Collar Crime and Investigations Group and a member of the Corporate Governance Practice Group.

Mr. Bateman’s work primarily involves representing health care professionals and companies in the areas of federal and state criminal and regulatory matters such as Medicare/Medicaid fraud and professional disciplinary proceedings. He is active in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs for hospitals and other health care providers and in white collar criminal defense including government funded and private insurance fraud and abuse cases.
