Uniondale, Long Island, New York, March 5, 2010 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Adam L. Browser, formerly an associate at the firm, has become Of Counsel, effective immediately. Browser, a resident of Dix Hills, New York, is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, its Financial Services, Banking and Bankruptcy Department as well as its Construction Law Practice Group.
Browser has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including mortgage-related issues. He has represented credit unions, mortgagee banks and other mortgage holders in diverse dispute settings and venues. Browser's broad litigation experience includes disputes involving construction, real estate, contracts, partnerships, insurance and title claims. He also regularly represents owners, contractors and sub-contractors in negotiating and preparing construction agreements.
Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Browser represented national financial institutions, including many Fortune 500 companies, in foreclosures, workouts, bankruptcies, evictions and title claims.
Browser is currently chairperson of the Nassau County Bar Association's Construction Law Committee. He is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
