Brian M. Tully is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the Trusts & Estates Department.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (JCRED) and as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course. During his time at St. John’s, Brian was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and was named as a fellow in the New York State Court of Appeals Fellowship Program. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where he studied Economics.
Prior to joining RMF, Brian was an associate at a Manhattan-based law firm where he defended accountant, lawyer, and director & officer liability claims. Additionally, during law school, Brian was a judicial intern for the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly in the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court and the Honorable Christopher G. Quinn in the New York State Supreme Court.
Brian is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
