Uniondale, N.Y. November 19, 2024 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Jessica Moore has joined the Commercial Litigation Department and Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group as an Associate.

Prior to joining RMF, Ms. Moore was a member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups at a Long Island-based law firm. Her experience encompasses a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business divorce, real estate actions, and trade secret and IP infringement litigation.
Ms. Moore received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Moore interned for the Honorable Thomas A. Rademaker of the Nassau County Supreme Court and participated in St. John’s University School of Law’s Immigration and Refugee Clinic, where she assisted in the representation of individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
