Jessica is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. where she is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department and Fine Art Law Practice Group.
Prior to joining RMF, Jessica was a member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups at a Long Island-based law firm. Her experience encompasses a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business divorce, real estate actions, and trade secret and IP infringement litigation.
Jessica received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, Jessica interned for the Honorable Thomas A. Rademaker of the Nassau County Supreme Court and participated in St. John University’s School of Law Immigration and Refugee Clinic where she assisted in the representation of individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
Jessica is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
