Jacqueline A. Fink is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.
Jacqueline received her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received numerous awards at graduation including the 2024 Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women’s Lawyers. Prior to law school, Jacqueline attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society as well as her minor in Anthropology.
During her time at Touro Law, she served as the President of the Federal Bar Association, Law Student Division, Vice President of the Touro Tax Law Society, and Project Director for the International Refugee Assistance Project, Student Division. In addition to her student leadership roles, she worked in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic, where she was an advanced tax preparer and helped low-income and elderly individuals prepare their taxes. Jacqueline was an active member of the Touro Law Review, where she served as a Research Editor and Online Editor. Prior to graduation, she published her Note, “Imminence Should Not Be a Controlling Factor in the Duress Defense in the Context of Battered Women” in Volume 39, Issue 2 of the Law Review.
Prior to joining RMF, Jacqueline interned for Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks in the Eastern District of New York, Nassau County Attorney’s Office, and United States Attorney’s Office in both their Criminal and Civil Divisions. Jacqueline was selected as a 2024 Pro Bono Scholar and spent her last semester working with Federal Defenders in Central Islip, where she assisted attorneys in federal criminal matters. Jacqueline is excited to once again work with Magistrate Judge Wicks as his clerk in the Spring of 2025.
Jacqueline is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the Eastern & Southern Districts of New York.
