Uniondale, New York, December 15, 2014 – For the fourth consecutive year, Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C. and its staff is participating in a unique program jointly conducted with Northport American Legion Post 694, in support of the families and the children of our veterans during the holiday season.
John J. Cooney, a United States Marine Corps veteran and an attorney at the firm, coordinates the program at RMF. During the holiday season, Mr. Cooney works in conjunction with the Northport American Legion to identify and assist families of recently returning veterans that are experiencing financial difficulties. As a result of these efforts, program participants provide some holiday cheer to these deserving families. This year the Northport American Legion Post 694 has adopted 37 families with the help of RMF.
