RMF Partner Elected to American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Uniondale, NY – March 2, 2018 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., announced today that Jennifer Hillman, a Partner in the firm, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
ACTEC is an organization of more than 2,600 trust and estate lawyers and law professors elected by their peers in recognition of their contributions to the practice of trust and estate law. ACTEC works to maintain the highest quality in trust and estate legal services through education and networking.

Hillman is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Her practice is concentrated in Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including accounting, probate and discovery, as well as other trial and appellate court matters related to trusts and estates. She is a member of Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association where she serves as chair of the Estate Litigation Committee. In her prior role as co-chair of the Legislation and Government Relations Committee she actively assisted in promoting new legislation, including several of her own proposals which have been signed into law.
A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, and a resident of Garden City, Hillman is a frequent author and lecturer on trust and estate issues.
