Partner Douglas M. Nadjari to Join the Faculty of Tulane University Law School’s Criminal Litigation Boot Camp

Uniondale, New York, September 21, 2015 – Douglas M. Nadjari, a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., has been invited back to join the faculty at Tulane University Law School’s Criminal Litigation Boot Camp, which will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana in January.

The Boot Camp is a week-long intensive skills training experience, designed to provide students with practical skills to help them meet the real, immediate and professional practice challenges. The Program has three distinct tracks, Transactional, Pretrial Civil Litigation and Pretrial Criminal Litigation.  The faculty consists of leaders in each field from across the country.  A faculty member since 2013, Mr. Nadjari lectures on white collar crime, accomplice testimony and the use of evidence of uncharged crimes.

Mr. Nadjari, a resident of Port Washington, is a member of the firm’s White-Collar Crime & Investigations Practice Group, as well as a member of the firm’s Health Law and Litigation Departments.  Prior to joining the private sector, he served as a member of the Homicide Bureau and as Deputy Chief of the Investigations, Felony Trial and Major Frauds Bureaus in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office where he spearheaded the investigation and prosecution of homicide cases, health care and other complex financial fraud cases.
