Mr. Brum is a Senior Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he serves as Chairman of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, the largest such practice group on Long Island. He is also an active member of the firm’s Corporate Governance Practice Group. A trusted business advisor, Mr. Brum personally services some of the firm’s largest public and private clients and is known for longstanding client relationships. His practice also focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, high technology and emerging growth companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, initial public offerings and debt financings.
