Mr. Nadjari, a partner, is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Health Law Regulatory and White-Collar Crime and Investigations Practice Groups. Mr. Nadjari’s practice primarily focuses on matters of physician discipline, hospital staff proceedings, managed care disputes as well as the defense of physicians and corporations in criminal, administrative and commercial disputes.
Mr. Nadjari defends large and small corporations in a variety of litigation matters. He is widely known for aggressively defending physicians in complex criminal misconduct and other related proceedings. He was previously a partner at a majorNew York Citymedical malpractice defense firm. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Nadjari served as a member of the Homicide Bureau and as Deputy Chief of the Investigations, Felony Trial and Major Frauds Bureaus in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office where he spearheaded the investigation and prosecution of high profile homicide cases, health care and other complex financial fraud cases.
