Neeti Sachdev is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she is a member of the firm’s Trust and Estates Department and Estate Litigation Practice Group. Neeti’s practice focuses on probate, estate administration, and estate planning. This includes Surrogate’s Court proceedings such as accounting proceedings, probate contests, discovery proceedings, and other challenging disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries.
Neeti is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where she is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section, the Nassau County Bar Association where she serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and the South Asian Bar Association of New York, where she acts as the Long Island and Queens Liaison.
A recent graduate from Brooklyn Law School, Neeti was an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, as well as an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Division. She is a recipient of the Moot Court Honor Society Award from Brooklyn Law School, a prize awarded to the members of the 2017 graduating class who contributed most to the success of the Moot Court Program. Neeti was also on the executive board of the South Asian Law Students Association and served on the Gala Committee of the South Asian Bar Association of New York.
Neeti is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
