Adam P. Silvers Appointed to Bethpage Federal CREDIT UNION BOARD OF DIRECTORS SUPERVISORY Committee

Uniondale, New York – June 20, 2016 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Adam P. Silvers, managing partner, and member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, Intellectual Property Group, and chair of the firm’s Technology Practice Group, has been appointed to the Bethpage Federal Credit Union Board of Directors Supervisory Committee.

Bethpage Federal Credit Union is New York State’s largest credit union with $6.6 billion in assets and the 16th largest in the nation.  Bethpage has experienced rapid growth in recent years and today has over 280,000 members and 34 full service branch locations.

As a member of the Bethpage Supervisory Committee, Mr. Silvers will support Bethpage’s adherence to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) objectives and activities, monitoring policies and procedures and offering recommendations to safeguard the credit union’s assets.  The appointment was made by the Bethpage Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.
